Robert P. Nunis

Bob is admitted to practice law in all Texas state and federal courts.  He graduated magna cum laude from St. Edward's University with a Bachelor of Science degree and received his law degree from Baylor Law School.   Bob became licensed to practice in 1987 and served as lead trial attorney for the Office of the Attorney General of Texas handling complex civil litigation primarily in the areas of taxation, collection, and consumer protection.  Bob has been in private practice since 1995 and concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation and general business representation, including breach of contract litigation, shareholder and partner disputes, consumer and family litigation and state taxation matters.

Bob was born and raised in Austin (fifth generation).  He served in the U.S. Air Force and was awarded a Leadership Commendation.  Bob is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and was recently recognized as the 2009 Family and Business Law Attorney of the Year by the Consumer Business Review.  Bob is an avid swimmer and holds a red belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Rebecca A. Wheeler

Rebecca practices primarily in the areas of family and consumer law.  She received a degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas in Austin and attended law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston.  Rebecca is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas to practice in all Texas state courts.  She is a Certified Mediator and a Certified Family Law Mediator.

Rebecca enjoys reading, playing the piano and competing in local half marathons.

John T. Ramsey

John practices in the areas of civil litigation, family and consumer law.  John received his Bachelors of Arts degree in economics, magna cum laude, from Rhodes College and earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Texas School of Law.  John is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas to practice in all Texas state courts.

As a hobby, John is stand-up comic, winning the Funniest Person in Austin contest in 2005.  He appears on stage at local comedy clubs and was featured on HBO's USA Comedy Arts Festival and on Comedy Central.
